친친탱고(CHINCHIN TANGO)는 작곡가 겸 반도네오니스트 김종완, 피아니스트 이안나, 바이올리니스트 강소연, 퍼커셔니스트 이영훈으로 구성된 반도네온 앙상블입니다. 희로애락이 담긴 탱고 음악의 매력에 이끌려 모인 연주자들이 함께 음악을 만들어갑니다.
**'CHINCHIN'**은 영어로 가벼운 인사말 "안녕하세요", 스페인어로 "건배!", 한국어로는 '친한 친구'의 줄임말을 의미합니다. 이러한 다양한 의미처럼 누구나 탱고 음악을 친근하게 느낄 수 있도록 그 매력을 전달하고자 합니다. 누에보 탱고의 창시자 아스토르 피아졸라의 명곡과 더불어, 친친탱고만의 자작곡을 연주하며 독창적인 색깔로 빛나는 음악을 선사합니다.
Hello, we are CHINCHIN TANGO!
CHINCHIN TANGO is a bandoneon ensemble consisting of composer and bandoneonist Jongwan Kim, pianist Anna Lee, violinist Soyeon Kang, and percussionist Younghoon Lee. Drawn together by the profound charm of tango—music that captures the full spectrum of human emotions from joy to sorrow—we create and perform as one.
The name “CHINCHIN” carries multiple meanings: in English, it’s a lighthearted greeting (“Hello!”); in Spanish, it’s a cheerful toast (“Cheers!”); and in Korean, it also suggests “close friends.” Just like its diverse meanings, our mission is to share tango in a way that feels warm, approachable, and engaging for everyone.
Our repertoire includes masterpieces by Astor Piazzolla, the founder of nuevo tango, as well as our own original compositions, offering audiences a distinctive musical experience that blends tradition with a unique contemporary voice.
